My name is Koji, and I am a professional photographer and private guide based in Tokyo, Japan. Born in Osaka, I have been fortunate to experience both Japanese tradition and international cultures, having lived and studied in the United States, Canada, and Australia. I hold an academic background in political science, sociology, and law, which has shaped my ability to understand people from different cultures and communicate with care and professionalism.
Before dedicating myself fully to photography, I built my career working with the Board of Education, an international law firm, and a leading global technology company. These experiences refined my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and enhanced my attention to detail, discretion, and hospitality.
I specialize in elegant portrait photography — both on location and in refined studio settings with traditional kimono styling. My approach is to capture each client’s natural beauty, genuine expression, and personal charm.
In addition to photography, I offer private guidance and tailored consulting for discerning travelers, business visitors, and media professionals seeking exceptional experiences in Japan.
